The TenDoc Tendering Document System allows users to easily create tendering documents, contracts, and letters from a database existing Clauses. Just select the clauses you want to have included in the tender, choose the vendor(s) you want to send it to, and include a cover letter.

The system will then generate the required documents automatically in Microsoft Word® format and save it on your computer or file server.

The image on the left shows TenDoc's main screen from which you can access all of it's functions. Select one from the panel, or use the menu. Follow this link for an overview of the system. Admin - Administrative functions: User profiles, destination directories, logos. Tender Maintenance - Add/Modify/Delete Tenders listed in the database. Clause Maintenance - Add/Modify/Delete Clauses listed in the database. Vendor Maintenance - Add/Modify/Delete Vendors listed in the database. Letter Maintenance - Add/Modify/Delete Cover Letters listed in the database. Build/Assemble Tenders - Associate Clauses, Vendors, and Letters to a particular Tender & create the documents. Tender Response - Document Vendor responses to a particular Tender.
