Administration


The Administration menu provides you with access to the TDS's administrative functions. It is available only to users with an ADMIN account.


Remote Control
  • User - Add/Delete/Modify user profiles. Set their permission level, contact information, passwords, and lock/unlock their accounts.


  • Template - Create a profile for a Tender Type/Template - ie. associate default clauses with a type which will be assigned whenever you create a new tender.


  • Setup - Set the locations for the database, logo file, and destination folders for your documents.


  • Address - The return address/department name used in your tendering documents and letters.
